Boxster S
GIAC/DSR has just released their Porsche
Boxster S chip!!!! The chip was developed with the EVO intake from
EVO Motorsports. Here is a Dyno chart of each stage. First
we tested the EVO intake to find some 5-6 HP throughout the higher RPM
ranges. Great performance for $$ spent. With the addition of
the GIAC chip, power blasted to an incredible 235 HP at the wheels or 14
"real" HP over stock! An 11 ft-lb gain in torque over a
broad range wasn't bad either :-) We've seen test with other
products including other software, mufflers, and headers. None of
these products come close in either price or power! The final
value translates to close to 270 HP corrected to the crank. The
chip starts at $850 plus $50 install.
