E36 M3

This customer ('95 M3) came to us wanting to test out his new chip produced by a major BMW tuner.  He had already returned another chip from another major tuner (complained of pinging).  After a few dyno runs, the customer was surprised to find that his new chip was producing less HP than stock!!!  Only the rev limit seemed to be changed!  We threw in GIAC's latest program and voila, an instant peak 12-13 HP.  There were also areas which had gains close to 20 ft-lbs of torque.
